01)- Interested Individuals visit prescribed link and may download the application form https://skzmdc.edu.pk/. Applicants should forward their applications through registered courier/Postal Services.
02)- Applicants should forward their applications along with all the necessary documents required for the application process to the Office of the Deputy Dean Federal Postgraduate Medical Institute Lahore before closing date. These documents may include:
- Resume/Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- PMDC Registration Certificate
- Educational certificates and transcripts
- CNIC (National Identity Card)
- Experience certificates (if applicable)
- Recent Passport size Photographs
- Any other documents specified in the job advertisement
03)- Applicants are required to submit an application processing fee Rs-2000/- before applying for the job as prescribed in the above advertisement. Incomplete applications and applications received after closing date shall not be entertained.
