01)- Interested Individuals may require to download the Application Form and Challan Form from the UHS website at www.uhs.edu.pk.
02)- Applicants must submit their applications trough postal services along with required documents to the Deputy Director (Admin & Coord), University of Health Sciences, Khayaban E Jamia Punjab, Lahore.
03)- Applicants should forward all the necessary documents required for the application process. These documents may include:
- Resume/Curriculum Vitae (CV)

- Educational certificates and transcripts
- CNIC (National Identity Card)
- Experience certificates (if applicable)
